Can anyone with hands on experience tell me what Sordin electronic muffs do better than say walker or Howard Leight electronic muffs? I currently only use analog ear pro but considering electronic.
I have hands on experience with both. The gel cups on the Sordins no question seal around the ear better, are far more comfortable, and help block out noise better. The audio software in the peltors and sordins are far superior to the walkers or Howard's. Far better sound clarity, shot suppression, sound fidelity, amplification, sound overlay, general sound quality. IMO, it needs to experienced to be understood. To me it's worth every penny of a difference in price.
Someone said "military" in another post, I will say wearing a pair of sordins you can stand next to a 10.5 556 without a can and have a conversation using "indoor voices". You can't do that with a pair of walkers, definitely not with hearing loss.
