No personal experience but always see big deer from Indian Hill in Pike County.

Let me start with I do not have any experience with outfitters in Missouri. Guys the deer are thick as squirrels in Missouri, trust me, I've hit several with vehicles over the years. Many years ago, I hunted on public land almost exclusively and yes it can be more difficult but very doable.
