Microscopic worms in Masks and PCR tests

Oh. I feel bad for people who live in places devoid of freedom. We are on a downhill slide though, and will be right along. What little we had left was virtually handed off recently. We will be paying 93% income tax and bowing to an autocrat in no time.
I am Swedish but lives in Norway. I strongly think about moving back home after I saw the Norwegians response to a disease with a 99,7% survival ratio.

They have posted a sign on the outer door this Easter to avoid that people go to their relatives or similar.

The sign says:

>Do not have visitors
>Do not visit others
>You can have a fine if there is more than two visitors in your home.

As a comparison, in Sweden, people can not get a fine for not wearing face masks, and more than 10% have already had COVID. No one is scared for COVID or about getting fines.

This sign made me extremely angry when I saw it. But the worst thing is that the people here likes it. Or at least they say so - you can see that the parking spots outside are very empty. I guess they went to visit their families anyway.

I was not able to exit the country and visit my family in Sweden (some hours drive with a car), as I would then have to sit 10 days in a quarantine hotel (and pay 500 USD for it) once I get back to Norway. Regardless if I test positive or not. So they use a quarantine rule to effectively ban everyone who cannot afford to either spend 10 days in a hotel which you cannot leave - or for the ones who cannot afford to spend 500 USD.

I was considering getting a Norwegian (dual) citizenship this year, but I will skip it.

I have some American friends and have talked to people working in Tennessee (my company have offices there). Seems like they all agree on your comments regarding the American developments. And me too. I follow it closely. But it seems like the whole western world are becoming less and less democratic and free. I had big hopes that America would save our asses (again). But now it seems like the US will rather lead the way downhill.

I live in Tennessee, maybe not so coincidentally.

Just pack your stuff and move on down here. It's far from perfect here, but infinitly better than what you describe..

Maybe we can make a quantitative test here where 10 people tries it?

I will do it now. Will be funny to see the girlfriend's expression when I start boiling masks and tell that I heard about it on a hunting forum. She is currently showering so it will be funny when she comes out and sees me in the kitchen at 2 AM steaming a face mask.

I will post soon.

Edit: No worms here. As expected. But funny to try. My girlfriend asked if I was serious, but she wanted to look at the results. I told her that if she are so sure she can kiss the mask with worms. She did not. So who believes in worms now?!
Tryed it on a kids mask first and didnt spot anything. Then tried it with a normal mask and spotted one. in order to look properly we need a microscope of some sort l guess.
I too refuse to use masks unless lm entering a goverment building or cops pull me over when there is a nother person in the car. All this lock down **** seems a bit like the world goverments are testing there athority on the people. Over here there is lockdown on the weekends and you are free to do anything dureing yhe week, but youngot to be home before 9 oclock at night untill 5 am in the morning. Doesnt make any sence what so ever. It is ****ing me off alot now. It seems like all bullcrap to me.

I am stationed in Italy and what you are describing is exactly the same here. It appears to be EU policy - guess that's what you get when you sign up for socialism..

You really can't blame the Italians. People were being quarantined in their homes with their dead decaying family members because no one would come and get them.

You do see where I said it was European Union policy? Italians are following COVID restrictions about as well as the EU is enforcing the Paris Accord - (hint: they aren't). Us military have to follow said decrees to the letter since we are guests.

Guess who has a ton of positive cases with a continued upward trend and who has next to none?

Well, if I had to live with my dead grandmothers body rotting in the next room for a month or so until I could get a funeral home to remove it, I'd would wear a mask everywhere including to bed and taking a shower for the rest of my life.

Well they aren't.. even if that did happen to them which I see the local news daily and don't recall seeing an episode like that. I also see media there that completely miss-represents happenings here.

It would be nice if most of them would shower more often - that is especially a problem in the winter.

I just remember stories like these

As for not bathing, thats a european thing. Go stay in a cheap hotel in Paris. The smell of the french maids will gag you from down the hall with the door closed.

Sad thing is that the COVID policies (except slow vaccination) is not the EU:s fault. (Which many people like me would like. Haha!!)

Norway is outside of the EU, while Sweden and Italy are in it.

All such policies like COVID, internal borders (national) are decided on a national level. But for Italy's sake, the country (incl. Spain, Greece, etc) has been devastated by joining the mutual currency project with EURO €. And almost any trouble in the country can be tracked back to the devastated economy (and with that, EUR).

Their high amount of old and obese people created a wave of death in a country with low resources (mostly due to excessive spending in the past, and a currency that is designed for Germany).

Can find highly educated Spaniards and Italians in Scandinavia, Germany, etc, who work as food delivery couriers like "Uber eats". They deliver food to our "sick" - aka people faking sickness and living on welfare for years. But they receive a lower monthly salary than the "sick" northerners have in benefits. Extremely unfair.

At the same time, the southern countries are often to blame themselves for choosing socialist governments - and a comfortable lifestyle. While us northerners in general have a work-life balance similar to the US.
