Mesa Arms Attitude stock?s

The Mesa Altitude and the Manners MCS-T are nearly identical if you look at the specs-- I've had both and Mesa did just that in replicating the MCS-T with a lighter shell and lower price.

Left one is a long action alpine, right is short action altitude. I prefer the cheek weld, nice palm swell and flat forend of the alpine. These are my wife rifles so the lop has been shortened on both weight comparison would not be fair. I also had issues with mesa, they shipped the wrong stock so I sent it back only to wait 7 months for a replacement (only after a couple of heated arguments).

Much of a weight difference between the two? Any side by side pics? Stocks are tough, no real way to "test" them without throwing down cash.... (IMHO)
**Info from the interweb**
Mesa Altitude comes in 26-28oz.
AG Alpine 31oz.
The Alpine has an Alum. block in the forend
from 1" back from tip of the stock to 1" in front of the recoil lug.

I've bought 2 Altitudes, 1st one was 27oz
2nd I didn't weigh.

My altitude Mesa LA came in at 23oz. So did the short action I recently sold. Barrel channel was opened up more for a paradigm barrel.
