Are y'all operating a hand driven tumbler?
Geez it doesn't seem like much trouble to load and unload an electric case cleaner.
Sometimes it runs 3 hours sometimes 1.5 days.
I like clean cases to anneal, load and chamber.

I've got 71/72 grain cases that do best with 215 and 80+ grain cases that prefer 210.
It can be a dice roll

I am glad I am not the only one that has seen similar results. 77 grns with 215, 81 grains with CCI200, 79 grns with Rem 9 1/2 LR. Same caliber, different powder and bullet.
