Honestly, see if you can find a Bushnell 6500 1-6.5x24

Before they came out with the SMRS they basically made the same thing in a 30mm tube without tactical turrets.

Personally I'd just go with an aimpoint, but my eyes are still good. My short .308 usually wears a hensoldt RSA (but I'd trade it for a T2 in a heartbeat)!

Update everyone, I was trying to order the Atibal X, but it was sold out everywhere. I got a rebate for the bushnell SMRS II SFP/MIL and purchased two for $1000 out the door. I figure SFP on a 1-6 isn't a big deal since if you needed to use the reticle you'll be on max power anyway. Thanks for all the help and advice.
