Also like to know what AR-15's you have shot with more recoil than a 7mm mag?
Sorry Ducky…did not put 2 & 2 together! Personally, I have had lighweight, short barreled AR's Chambered in 5.56 that were quite snappy! What I consider "snappy" is up to my interpretation, therefore it wouldn't mean much to you regardless!

My buddy found her a nice used LH Stainless Tikka .308 Win.
As far as the magnum cartrige suggestions go, I get it with a brake anything is possible. However, I was working with the info and parameters my buddy gave me for his daughter. There's no point in buying her a rifle he thinks she'll be scared to shoot.
