New to me Rem700 Bdl Varmint in 223. Got it off of gunbroker for a reasonable price. Surprisingly

My latest varmint rifle is different.

I picked up an Anschutz 1727f. It really likes the CCI TNT 17 HMR loads I shot at 50 yards.

If I had the chance I'd try this action on a few more calibers

I'm looking forward to them bringing out some more calibers in this model.

Here's another Varmint rifle that's caught my interest

B.A.T.-Shilen, Jewell and stock by Richard Franklin before he quit making them. The rifle was put together by Tommy Shurley. It likes 140 Gr varmint bullets

Love the stock very much. It is a little heavy for a walking varmiter but it's an awsome setup. If I had to do it again I wouldn't hesitate but i probibly would go for the carbon fiber version.gun)

What bullet are ya shooting out of your 308? What's your load?
