I got it for Christmas but have not used it yet.
 
That's pretty nice! I have an Anova and a plastic 12qt tub. Just used it tonight to make some hanger steak and some boneless short rib "steaks" that I finished in cast iron and duck fat. The picture below is what's left after my boys got through with it.


And yes, I realize there's no picture. Who wants to look at an empty cutting board?!

LOL! The wife wants some fajitas or something like that. I have some skirt steaks marinating now for tomorrow's lunch.
