That's Awesome! I have a buddy that's always talking about his sous vide cooking and trying to get me to buy one. I had him over and we pushed the sous vide to the limit by cooking 10 racks of baby back ribs at once in my attic cooler. Unfortunately the cooler wasn't y'all enough to close the lid and keep the sous vide apparatus upright so we had to come up with a makeshift lid. Long story short they cooked for like 24 hours then I smoked them for 1 more hour to get some smoke flavor and they were amazing. Thanks for bringing back some good food memories!
