I didn't look at your comment as a challenge at all. Not sure about skill, I own and manage a machine and fab shop so I have the machines to make things I need..... and sometimes things I don't need. I get my best ideas at night, lying in bed.
Fixed chamber dies are supposed to be made to SAMMI dimensions, I say supposed to be. I've never experienced an overly tight neck on any die I've used but in as much as I don't have many left and most are bushing dies now, I look at fixed chamber dies as a step in the learning progression. For the most part, the only fixed chamber dies I do own are handgun straight wall dies and those are all, interestingly, LEE dies (with Hornady lock rings). IMO, LEE lockrings are garbage in my opinion.
