SOLD/EXPIRED Large Quantity of Reloading Supplies and Components

I just received the rcbs prep station and the universal priming tool. You did a poor job packaging the these items. The priming tool is damaged, the arm which connects the two portions of this tool is bend and the plastic fitting which supports the priming tray is broken. I am not happy with what you sent me.

The prep station has not been damaged and is acceptable. I hope you make this right.

Ronin;

As per our PM conversation, please send me pictures of what has happened. I could take it to USPS as a claim. I packed the items so that nothing would move as I have done with all other packages sent and received by members here. I have never had a problem dealing with people on here and don't have any negative feedback. You have my email, phone number, and address.. Now I am awaiting a response from you to see what happens next. We will get this worked out for you.

I've dealt with this guy before and he's a stand up guy, he will get it taken care of for you, maybe you should deal with this via PM and not bash the guy in public.

As far as the Ronin75 comment.. Albeit there probably could have been some more packing material, the damaged sustained to the items mentioned were caused by USPS puncturing the box which resulted in damaged to two primer tool items inside. Whatever punctured the box bent a rod and broke half of the small primer tray support. As wonderful as RCBS is, they understood that sometimes our mail carriers could truly care less and helped get the mentioned materials out to Ronin. It is unfortunate that USPS could care less but is great that RCBS will do anything and everything for their customers.
