Worked good in a 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser in a Tika. Shot hog end for end good penetration and very accurate in that particular rifle.

i got some 136 grain 6.5 lapua scenar L i plan on shooting outta my 6.5prc that i already shoot outta my 264 mag shoots almost in same hole at a hundred yds w/h4831 just bought 8#s reloader26 from Brunos shooters supply so thats what i be using in my prc, also have used Serria bthp match kings 140gr in my 7mm mags driven by 4831h probally killed more than 100 whitetails with these bullets with hardly any leaving outta their steps. dont let anbody tell u that u cant use matchkings on deer cause they r full of crap and i will almost bet u money that the lapua scenarL are almost identical to the seirra bthp matchkings. I cant find much difference looking at them! I plan on using barnes 6.5 lrx 127gr but wont pay this crazy price they want right now! I still dont like canelures on bullets but i do wanna try these. I like how nosler partitions perform but you cant reach the velosity you can with the lapua and serria bullets. Also I plan on making this 6.5prc shoot almost the same as my 264 mag that why i waited 2 yrs on this powder and if people say the prc cant do the same as the 264 mag they dont know anything about reloading!!!!!!!!!!!

the 123gr lapua scenears probally a little light with prc but i would expect folks to try it with the 6,5 needmore and it will always needmore! thats a caliber for women and children a prc is for real men ! If the 6.5prc had came out before the needmore they would have never made the needmore! I may b wrong but to me anytime you can keep your bullets going from 3000fps to 3300fps you can always get optimum performance!

Two guys I know regularly take out to 1000 with there 338 NM and a 300 gr.They both said they had better groups than with berger,why there shooting them

Thanks for the info. I luv this 6.5 prc. Can't wait for things to get bac to normal an I can try some slower powders. The load I'm using now is 56 gr h4831sc w 123 gr scenars. Very accurate.

i bet if u find some reloader 26 u can make that 123gr bullet smoke! I have always loved h4831 i just cant figure why for the 6.5prc hodgen is so far behind the reloader 26 up to 150fps with same bullet but I can see them getting to the drawing board and figuring it out.
