It's a wine kind of night ...

Here are a couple of wines from a food pairing we attended earlier this year: Pinot Grigio (2016, Italy) and Merlot (2016, WA).
 
Here is a couple of wines we tried last night in Madrid.

A Tempranillo and a Garnacha, with a Spanish Charcuterie and a Paella.

It looks good, Brother. It has been a while since we visited Madrid/Spain (2002). My wife and I need to go back for the endless tapas and hit those wineries.

I am slacking. My son and his girlfriend hosted us for Christmas dinner, and these are the Portuguese wines we downed for the evening.

You do have to come back, so much to see, eat and drink, it's never ending.
 
We're a bit less refined than ya'll, we prefer our own Black Berry and Muscadine vintages. 🙂
We're out of Muscadine and only have two gallons of Black Berry left until next harvest. Still got some berries in the freezer but I've never tried making it from frozen berries. We might have to experiment this year.🤔
