If you could only have 3 long guns, which would you choose?

Gotta have a 22 LR. I love my Magnum Research 10/22 Clone. But as far as CF Rifles go I have to go with a .223 Rem, 270 WSM and my 338/375 Ruger. But if someone tried to MANDATE a 3 Rifle limit, I'd shoot them with my 30 Nosler, a Rifle I've also grown quite fond of.

Ok that would just be plain ole mean, but a 17 rem 257 ai and 338 win, I might be talked into a 204 and a 6 or 6.5 c/m but I'd keep the 338, if I really had to limit it to just 3 it really should include a rimfire, perhaps wmr or hmr, and forgo the middle caliber, I shoot and have more fun with the small centerfires!

270 Win, 300 Win or Weatherby, and Probably 375 Ruger cover all the big and dangerous game I would ever hunt.

I'd keep my 243 Win. My 300 Win Mag and my 9.3X62 Mauser for everything else. That's legal for Cape Buffalo in many African Countries and doesn't beat you to death.

30 cal, 30 cal , 30 cal ! Cust 30-06 - Custom SA Mag Lazz. Patriot , Custom LA Mag Lazz warbird . Have all the others in the vault but these are my preferred go to hunting weapons , any type bullet you desire in the 30 cal for any type shooting .

I take long guns as anything that is not a pistol. I would also believe that given the situation of having to choose being that we are in "trouble" and eating what you shot could be a priority. With that understanding....

22lr (squirrels), 12 gauge (birds and rabbits), 308 Win (big game).

All popular for availability of ammo.
