They are trespassing and destroying private property ,The fine for trespassing
in Texas is $5,000.oo and up to 6 months in jail.

Destorying a deer stand or feeder will normally get you a free *** kicking or a
dove hunting trip with Dick Cheney.

Most states have laws protecting the legal hunters rights against
such stupidity.
