I'll be archery hunting the Beaverhead Zone just below you guys. I'm lucky enough to have cams up already and have a herd semi patterned. I'll be packing a sidearm as I've only been out three times so far and already heard the wolves two of the trips as dark was settling in and I was walking out from checking cards. Hope if I tag something I might also get a wolf coming to check out the kill. I'm hunting a couple miles back into an area where there are no roads and hopefully the 4 wheelers follow the rules and stay out of.

I started hunting there near the sawtooth area a few years ago. The first couple years I didn't see or hear any wolves. Last year, after 2 days of getting within shooting range, a pack of wolves chased the whole herd off. Really wish I had a wolf tag..... gonna have one this year though!
