I don't know. I was looking through 5 8x32-56 NSX and all have the same problem.
The problem on 5x22 NSX is at max power you loose light transmission, the image getting darker approximative 5-10%.
This is the reason why I got 8-32x56NSX. I used the scope all the time at 22x and the image is CLEAR.
Of course I gain clarity and light, but I lost MOA.
For my EDGE this will fit the bill up to subsonic bullet speed around 1850yrds at 64F temp.
For me is enough for moment. When I will rebuild another rifle in CheyTac I have to get the 5x22-50NSX for extra MOA to get me beyond 2400yrds.
