Precision is a measure of how close the individual shots are to each other. Accuracy is a measure of how close you are from the "true" value. So I would agree with Mike's view of accuracy, only if you intended the bullet to hit the target at that distance. For a hunter, roughly two inches above the crosshairs at 100 yards is where you wanted the bullet to strike. So, in my view, accuracy is how close the bullets are striking to what you intended.
