You get free shipping with powder. You still have to pay hazmat though.
It wouldn't for me, but I still found it cheaper elsewhere.

This is true in both of your statements. You have lost most of your gun right their, and we here in the USA don't wake up we will be in the same boat.
Has it stopped any crime? We aren't even allowed to order loaded ammo or powder for delivery here, all has to be pick up only!
Not sure about crime rates but it has stopped any large massacres, the few we have had since have involved vehicles.Has it stopped any crime?
I can believe how many people are buying 1 lb of powder online and complaining about the fee. Obviously that doesn't make sense.
Either pay the price, by locally, buy more or don't buy at all. It's not complicated.
Im a new Reloader (this year) and I know when you can find what you need, order a large supply. That is the main reason I started reloading to always have what I needed on hand.
Have a great evening everyone!

Except for Mex lifornia it doesn't require a licenses to sell ammo if I remember correctly. Storage is the big problem inside a fire proof storage container. You can look it up on net. That where I found out what a fire proof container and sizing requirements.I don't think there is a limit, not sure how to ship it though.
I also use different powders and IMR 4064 as one of them. Now IMR 4350 changes depending on the weather from hot to cold. I had built up a load with IMR 4350 for one of my rifles during the cooler time to the year. As the weather warmed up so did the load. So that ended the IMR 4350, and change to H 4350sc. I also use Win 760 in a load another rifle I have. I do feel there a lot more hand loader out there now than a great many years ago. With longer barrels and slower powders makes a lot of different. I have 20+ reloading books and update all the time, and getting new one from different manufactures that make up the shoots supplies. The larger amount of powders and other items cuts down the cost. I gave away powder that I wasn't going to use anymore.Know what powders you can use in your reloads. You act like there is only 1 powder! There are probably 6-8 different powders you can use for your specific reloads, and as a hunter, probably can't justify the differences in performance, that is if you can see any. I've used IMR 4064 in every caliber I own, although I prefer IMR 4350 in my larger calibers. First check https://load-data.nosler.com/load-data/308-winchester/ to determine what powders you can use for specific reloads, they vary within a caliber for different loads, then check with your local supplier to see what they have.
I bought 16 Lbs of powder which brings the price way down.I just got 2 pounds of IMR4955 from my LGS for $72 tax included. That same 2 pounds from Midway would cost me over $96.
That's the only way to buy on line. Anything less than 10 pounds makes the cost the same as a store.I bought 16 Lbs of powder which brings the price way down.
