Seriously, I shoot 6.5 CM from Ruger Precision Rifle for competition and they are tack drivers and much better in the wind than 30 caliber pills (under 200 grains).

And I'm switching from a 6.5 CM X-Bolt to 6.5 PRC X-Bolt for hunting in Nevada because those pills are so aerodynamic and need that bit (200 fps.) of extra "oomph" compared to the 6.5 Creed.

So yeah, go ahead and poke fun at Hornady but they have made some very inherently accurate new cartridges. The US Army is using their 300 PRC in a $5M order of Barrett MRAD sniper rifles. Jus' sayin'...
