Help with scope windage issue

I wonder in this case if the cartridge lazer lite would help to check the "whole alignment"...
Would show where barrel is pointed..could lazer off outside of action with another lazer...see if both are pointed in same direction....

Recenter the reticle !!!
A mirror held against the front bell will show a stationary reticle and a moveable reticle. Turn the turrets till they converge, you're centered.
Or a bit more time consuming is to adjust the turrets "without force" till they stop , then turn the the turrets the opposite way "without force" till stopping , while counting the clicks , divide that number in half and you have the number of clicks to center the reticle. Make note of it, probably come in handy in the future.
Before you go shimming the rings, get a new set.( they can be resold if not needed) . You may have overlapped the rings, yeah it's possible.
You start shimming inside the rings, you are probably going to kink the scope tube.
That's No Bueno !!!

Ok, sorry guys alot of comments since I had a chance to check for last night. Let me see, first I can not put the front mount on the back or the back on the front. The bottom of each mount is shaped differently to fit the rifle ( back base is alot flatter the the front ) possible I could turn them around. I pulled it apart lastnight and found the rear base had some trash under it on one side, cleaned it off also found a couple little burs on the bottom of the screw holes, took care of them and put the bases back on, rechecked with the alignment bars and now they are showing off, I need to relap the rings and see if it straightens out. Also found for my dads eye relief we had the scope back too far and the front ring was actually gripping the start of the bell on the front of the scope. Hopefully just moving the scope forward a touch will fix that. Then I'm hoping to remount the scope and bore sight it and hopefully it will be way left ! By the way I forgot to say in my original post the target I showed was not the first shots, we have tryed this thing a couple times and I'm sure the scope was centered from the factory but like a dummy I cranked all the way to one side trying to get it on target.

Once again thank you all for your help. I'll repost my results after I get the rings lapped tonight.

P.s. bases and rings torqued with a fat wrench, 18 inch lbs per browning for the base and 15 inch lbs for the rings per Swarovski. Also the screws are torx bit screws supplied by talley for the mounts
OOPS on the scope being a little far back . I hope you found the problem or problems . It's a good thing that the base's can't be switched around as I have seen that happen on an older Browning one time and then they had the same problem .

The marks on the scope bell suggest that the scope has moved back in the rings. I wonder if lapping the rings allowed that to happen?
rechecked with the alignment bars and now they are showing off, I need to relap the rings and see if it straightens out.
Good luck! You've lapped them once when they were out of line. I don't believe relapping will realign them without making the rings too large to secure the scope tube. You said that was a 300 Win Mag...... pretty good recoil..... you want that scope held inline and secure. I'd start over with centered scope and new rings.
Along many years ago Weaver used to send some green felt with their rings that had a sticky side to make sure that the scope was tight in their rings . If you have to lap your rings again you can put some scotch type tape in the bottom and top of the rings to tighten them up then trim it off next to the edge of the ring before you put the scope in it again . Adapt and improvise when needed .
