I'll also put in a vote for the Lee APP with swaging setup. I have done thousands of rounds of 223/5.56 on mine. I don't think there is anything faster for anywhere near the same money. I use my APP for sizing and decapping 5.56 and 9mm military brass also. I can't even guess the number of rounds through my APP at this point. My basic rundown for military brass is as follows.
1. Inspect and eliminate bad cases
2. Put in bucket and spray with lanolin/alcohol mixture
3. Size and decap on APP press
4. Swage on APP press
5. Trim on Giraud Triway trimmer
6. Wet tumble with SS pins
7. Dry tumble with fine corn cob and Nu-Finish car polish
8. Store or load shiny new brass
