Have a sa with mag bolt, what do i build?

Which is why I didn't throat my PRC reamer for either of those bullets, due to their looong bearing surface.
My freebore is set up for the Berger 140 VLD, which happens to work great for the 150 Sierra as well. I would never throat around the Hornadys, as you would have a monster jump with any other bullet, which may or may not work.......
Here's a previous post and pic to explain:

I made a couple of dummy rounds with 140 VLD's and 147 ELD's to compare. Knowing the hazards of specing to the longest bullet could pose a problem if I couldn't get it to shoot, I set the reamer up for the Bergers, and resigned to the fact the Hornadys would seat quite a bit deeper.

I called up JGS, specified the .200" freebore and narrowed the neck up a couple thou, and ordered the reamer.

This is the results OAL in the lands......L to R......140 VLD - 147 ELD - 150 SMK:

You do not state what you intend for the primary use of this rifle, that can make a big difference in what we may suggest. I have not seen any one ask you what you intend to use it for ether, just saying what they would do, but what you want to use it for can make a difference in what caliber to may want and/or should go with.

loves the sound of the 6.5 prc except I do not reload so that and or 7mm saum are out for me both are supposed to be excellent, rounds for 1000 yard precision matches i shoot more for fun , and make no money from my shooting so neither make a lot of scene to me specially when they are so much for a box of 20 at $65. something . I could get a lot of 223 , 224 ,308 , 6.5 creedmoor for the price and work more on fundamentals . maybe like i said if i reloaded , not to mention they may shorten barrel life from what I am reading not sure on all the facts, I know no one that uses them love the 6.5 creedmoor nice lite little recoil and , shoots nice n straight. still cheaper than 6.5prc or 7mm saum and way less barrel decay.but that is just my 2 cents you may want and buy either or all . They all have the potential to be fun to shoot and if you want it and can afford it why not.

Any for 300 WSM?
I shoot browning X bolt, with a timney trigger in 300 WSM and love it. I shot a 7mm for a long time and an elk outfitter recommended I come out to Idaho with a 30 caliber or better. I shoot federal fusion 150 grain and hit 8" plates at 500 yards. For range practice though, it's hard to beat my ruger American predator in .243. Inexpensive and I get great practice with shooting disciplines.

How about the 300 Ruger Compact Magnum?

I had to mention it because it will actually work with his action and I didn't see it mentioned yet.

Mulies and whitetail. The kicker is, I'm leaning towards a short barrel, maybe a 20" bbl. I haul my 300wm 26" around and always miss my old .308 20". The short barrel concept came up just a bit ago, so that factor jams up my possibilities...again.

I had a custom Model 7 .308 Win built with a 20" barrel. Loved that rifle. It was super handy to tote through the woods. I would still have it, if some thief hadn't wanted it more... I still miss that rifle. I'm going to build another one like it someday.

Check out the 300 RCM, it may be about the best preforming sa mag. with a short barreled rifle. I may be wrong but I'd look into it.

Has anyone mentioned the 6.5 SAUM? Don't know if that would be good for a 20 inch barrel, though. You could probably get a fluted barrel at the same weight.
