I know he's not in the WH yet... but I can feel better now!
Less than 1 out of 10 US citizens are vets now. When I was a kid in the 1950s, it seemed like half the town was in the parade!
Joe Minder, a Marine, was always in the lead car. A little guy, who did the mail run for the mines, had been on the Bataan death march. I can still see this unassuming hero every time I see the flag..... and I suddenly see 48 stars....

I'm so grateful and thankful to my fellow veterans who put their lives on the line for this country that we may be able to enjoy the freedoms that we have in this country! . To all those protesting Veterans Day, @&"$ you and your woke virus! America is the greatest country in the world and I'm proud to be an American and I honor and salute the Veterans! And always will!
