I never got back to thanking everyone for your comments. My son appreciates all of you very much. He is still on cloud nine. They put his picture in the local paper with that buck so his feet haven't hit the ground yet. Thanks again.

LTLR, My 14 yr. old is doing the same thing, 4 gritters this season, 2 past 500, his speed goat 530 w/ 257 WM ALSO ITS GREAT isnt it. He shots my guns more than I DO

Many Congratulations to you and your boy!! I get to hunt deer with my son for about a week every October, he's 18 now.

I bet he's excited, that's a nice buck and sounds like he's made alot of good shots too. My boy can't seem to hit em very well unless their running.......LoL.
