Hammer Hunter Load Data, (See page 1, Post 8)

I have a 28 Nosler and was going to try the 177 HH as well, that looks to be a dang good load, when I get mine in I plan to follow it with H1000. Very nice trigger control, awesome. What is the ES and SD on this load?
Not good but not a lot of data. Rifle has 30 rounds through it. The last 9 were this load. In those nine one was a fouler after cleaning which was way off and lab radar failed me on 2. That being said with foul shot tossed out I'm at an ES 26 If my math is correct SD 9.7. I have a bunch loaded up to hopefully shoot out to some distance this weekend so should have a better idea. That's the long way around to say I don't really know I guess. Haha

I did a velocity ladder for my Sako 85 7mm RM (24 or 25in barrel dont remember)using 146gr HH and RL23. I had a hard time getting this rifle to group with any factory ammo that I had on had. Nothing under an inch. Things look very promising with this combo. Just need some advice on where to go from here. Velo chrono'd with Magnetospeed. Here are the specs on the load:
146HH
215M primer
New Hornady brass
.020 off the lands for a 2.768" CBTO

Rl23:
64 - 3037
65 - 3111
66 - 3133
67 - error
67.5 - 3244
68 - 3244
68.5 - 3258
69 - 3257 Slight bolt lift
69.5 - 3397 Heavy bolt lift
70 - 3325 Heavy bolt lift

Lol, thats cool. Going to load 10 more at that charge weight. 5 for groups and 5 for velo data and head back to the range tomorrow morning. If everything goes well, that will put me at 20 rds for total load development.
Once this new brass is formed to your chamber your speed and pressure will likely be a bit higher with the same charge weight. I assume you are FL sizing and bumping the shoulder.

Went out to the range this afternoon to test the 68.7gr charge weight with the 146 HH. (Data on post #200) I think I found the load for this rifle. Dont plan on shooting more than 500yds with this setup, so I think this load will do. Shot 10 rds. 5 for groups and 5 for velo data. Got an error on one of the velo rounds so I used another one from the group rounds. Ended up using 4 for groups. 5 shot velo data is as follows:
Avg: 3259 fps
SD: 3
ES: 9
With a .455" group. Overall I am pretty pleased with this group. Cant wait to smack something with it this fall.
