H1000 for 7mmRM?

My 7mag and my 7LRM both love the H1000. I did get better velocity with Retumbo and great accuracy out to 400yds, but the ES started to show it's effects out further. Plus the Retumbo seemed sooty with lot's of carbon fouling compared to the H1000.

thats one thing I hate is dirty powders. I will take slower velocities over dirty powders. Did you change up the primers to a hotter one? I have found that it can help clean things up.

I use Fed 215m's. The Retumbo's ES was never under 25-40fps no matter what primers I used. The H1000 gives me single digit ES and even after 20-25 rounds down the tube...clean as a whistle

Yes, buy the H-1000. I use it in my 7mag and my groups were .207 last week. Netz
