gun, scope, bubble level .. dont look level??

I try to level scope and rifle in a gun vice. Then I check against known vertical wall at a distance and then sight though the bore and make sure that the vertical line in centered in the bore. The key is that bore center and scope vertical reticle are in the same plane.
