Giving up some preference points

With record sales in the last decade Pittman-Robertson should be flush, yet the states all claim they need more sportsman's $$$$$$. It needs to be audited, but no groups with standing are demanding it. The high $$$$ tags funneled through said groups ensure they never will.

Leaving predators unchecked, cancels any opportunity for game numbers to climb back to where more hunter opportunity is possible. The wolf by itself has eliminated hunts for some species, in some units.

I've heard money from PR was illegally used for the wolf debacle, and if so represents a violation of the law. Too many state employees wishing to be federal employees to rock the boat.

One really bad deal is applying/buying points and then losing them because of not applying again. Some states it's next year, some it's every two years. Not right!
