Garmin Xero question

I have a very frustrating issue. Any time I press the three green buttons in the upper right corner of the screen as you indicate I only get a box in the middle of my screen showing three dots in it. I don't get any menus. Am I missing something?

I just installed the latest version of Garmin Express and registered my Xero and according to Garmin my Xero has the very latest update which was likely supplied via my iPhone 15 which is connected to it.

Note that my actual problem is NOT with the Xero but the Shotview app which I just downloaded this week and it's version 1.1.

I'm gonna try chatting with Garmin support in a few minutes but I'm betting they aren't working on weekends. <sigh>
