FL sizing by itself does diddly sqat to neck tension variance. Old wives tale or figment of of imagination. Dial force seaters have proven that time and time again. Big red herring. Proper sizing with either correct bushing, die or neck mandrel works. Brass will work harden especially if you are not loading on lower level for the cartridge. All new cartridges today are max 65,000 not like most older. Anneal and good to go. Donuts only happen if improper neck turning or loading base of bullet way up in neck. Brass will drift to the inside of the neck case if unsupported by bullet in neck regardless of sizing method. BR shooters will often dual turn a neck so on first firing the thicker part on bottom outside of neck inverts to the inside for base of bullet of to rest on.
