He is a gunsmith who specializes in lever-action rifles , primarily Rossi Model 92's , but he also works on Marlin rifles . He also sells and installs rear tang-sights on lever rifles .

Might be worth looking into .

I miked the screw holes and they are within 2thousandths either side of the tang. Both front and rear holes. What in the world could I be missing?
