Decided on the HIT Pro in 6 Creed for some long range fun practice during the winter months. This gun was super easy to get things going in the right direction, right out of the gate. Settled in with new Peterson Brass SRP, 39.5 gr of H4350 and Hornady ELDm 109's with a .060 jump. Zero issues feeding and things have operated smoothly with about 250 rounds down the barrel so far. Zero change in throat so far and still maintaining initial measurements with same bullet I started with new.
Ive seen mixed reviews on the stock with YouTubers here and there and the few negatives brought up I personally didn't find them a problem at all. Grip is fine, thumb position settles nicely into a natural resting position notch out and the pivoting stock all thou tight, I still don't really have any issues when collapsing it in. I'd personally rather have less play or zero play than be sloppy in this area.
Anyone swapping barrels for other calibers on these? I would love to hear some feedback and experience? Also anyone opting for a Straight Jacket Pre fit in 6GT I'd love to hear how that went for you ?
Overall, a very good production rifle that I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.
