Basically it's been pick the speed I want to run them at and load for that.

The general guidance is at least 2 baring bands in neck for stability. Heck, most of my loads are 0.100 off and shoot 1/2 MOA. Totally agree on lack of copper fouling in all of my rifles.

I've found the same, but these were absolutes. 9 shots including cold bore 6.5 creed, .5gr increments, zero seating depth test, no load development, just a pressure test. Stock barreled Savage

Nice! I started with Magpro and I did'nt think I'd EVER get enough powder in it to find the limit. It was crazy fast and "hunting adequate" for accuracy but RL26 looks more consistent and almost as fast. Next trip will be for groups. Loving these Hammers so far!

I just pressure tested Staball 6.5 in my Creed l ast weekend. Found a node @ 2,830 with a 140 gr Gold Dot that is super flat hoping it proves to be as accurate.

I'm popping my cherry on hammers very soon also. I have some 99g hammers fir my Grendel and about to order some for another rifle.
