Finally bought an STW

Did a little more load development today, here's the results. All targets where shot at 200yds.

looks pretty good. I'm still fumbuzzled at how slow you are running. I'm thinking you may have more jump to the lans than most factory rifles. Seating further out may tighten up groups and give you more speed.

Be sure to watch though for pressure signs.

Also if you can get your hands on some RL-33 or H-1000 I'd try those powders.
