I'm with some other people in this conversation I've had luck with 7828ssc and 4350 in my 300wm and 300wms using nosler accubond, Barnes tax, and partitions but I hunt, don't know about the 1000 yd stuff
IMR 4831 71 grains w/ 200gr accubonds. I ran out one time and used RL22 shot well but grouped nothing like the IMR 4831. I'd say those 2 and 7828 would be great start.
in Remington Factory rifles I have used, 70-71g of IMR 4350 with a 180g Nosler BT is nothing short of amazing in a rifle that is bedded, freefloated, tuned trigger, and a muzzle break. Expect groups much less than 1/2".
Try Reloder 23. It seems to be completely temperature insensitive and I shoot it with 180 Federal TBT's in a Kimber Ascent 300 WM with 0.5 MOA the standard.
