factory 7mm prc rifle

I don't understand why we don't read the post from the OP. She clearly stated that she doesn't have the budget for most of what has been recommended and that a Howa or Vanguard is in her budget. I don't think there is a Vanguard in 7prc but Howa makes them. Seekins and Browning Pro xbolt are certainly good rifles but more than twice the cost of a Vanguard or Howa. She seems to know what she wants for cartridge so a good rifle in her general budget would be helpful. That's just me trying to actually respond to her question.
the OP says nothing about her budget or what the gun will be used for, just that she wants a factory rifle.
thats why there are a myriad of answers.

and yes there are vanguards in 7prc

Hands down. Browning xbolt. Every single one I own shoot bug holes with little load development. Replace the trigger spring and you are good to go. Paid 630$ for this 7mm Prc from grab a gun shipped to my ffl.

Based on what I've read and seen so far the 7PRC good but if you want the "advertised" velocity in factory ammo you can use anything but Hornady ammo.
Well, Federal and Hogdon being owned by the same company is helping keep the Federal ammo running at claimed velocities in the 7 PRC.

For some reason, Hornady has difficulty getting the same access to powder???
