If it's a .308, shot from a bipod, and under the weight limit, you could paint it pink and put flashing lights on it - it'd still be an F/TR rifle. F/Open can be shot from a bipod (especially some of the newer specialty bipods that are more like landing gear), but most shoot it from a front rest.
