ELR rimfire. Got out to 1004 yds again today.

And I thought 20 moa was alot to get to 1000 yards. I can't visualize what angle the rifle would be at with that much elevation dialed in.

60 arc minutes in one degree to give you an idea, 6.416 degrees up angle

Did you send your rifle into the Lapua testing facility or did it just happen to shoot that lot incredibly well?

No I had plans to but at the time they didn't have their chronograph set up so I didn't bother and did my own testing.

Pretty incredible. Really great shooting, man. I was only shooting at 300 the other day and the wind was humbling...seems like any wind with the 22lr beyond 200 is humbling. Haha.

I appreciate it, it's definitely taxing on the shooter but it can be done and honestly, I'm just getting started with it, I should be able to reach out a couple hundred more yards.

Yeah a friend of mine was down by the target and I had him on speaker phone.
