Well pulled deprimer, even lowered the die. It didn't make small enough. Bullets still slide in all the way. I guess they are junk.

Sorry I'm no help I was thinking some kind of bushing die with the bushing marked wrong
A 204 resizing die should bring the neck down enough to hold a bullet
I've never worn out brass enough not to hold a bullet

That's odd. I've never had brass that wouldn't hold a bullet after sizing. It's their pockets not holding primers that sends them to the trash bin for me. And even that takes 15+ reloads usually.

I believe hornady superformance , with nosler bt 32gr very tiny.

Omg rookie mistake. I was using the bullet seater. Put the sizer in and they tighten up just enough I think to hold a bullet, but not by much.

Yes; the seater must be so set that it will seat longer bullets, like a 55-grain FMJ into a .223 case. It's set too far down to seat a shorter bullet on the bearing surface. Raise the seater spindle and try again.

You'll see that same thing when you try to seat very long bullets (like 75-grain A-max bullets) into .223 cases. The ogive is very long and will fall inside the case mouth if the seater isn't raised upward enough to get the bearing surface gripped by the resized neck.

l would reuse the powder, boolits, and brass. Trash the primers after resizing. There's always a chance a little case lube could get on a primer to make it misfire. l am also a believer in full length resizing..
