Dream hunt animal

Been to many Elk hunts with my dad, but I never hunted one, haven't drawn yet, so I'd start there.

After that Pronhorn and Moose would be nice.

My gosh, I dream about hunting all the time. Whether it is a whitetail or a Red Stag, I think about it a lot. I had a close friend that traveled the world and collected a huge number of game animals. His taxidermy fees were beyond belief. I have never been stricken by the desire to fill my home with trophies of game mounts. My wife would object anyway. I would love to go to New Zealand and hunt a quality red stag for the pure experience. Too busy raising a family and making $$ in my younger years. Now retired and setting my sights on just getting out in the woods with my rifle by my side.
LVJ76,
You can go over to Texas and hunt pronghorn. Not a bad drive and you don't have to draw like AZ.
Mark,
Argentina is a good alternative to NZ for red stag. You can get either estate or free range. The best hunt I ever did was with Algar in Patagonia.

I'm curious on what everyone's once in a lifetime dream animal to hunt would be. For myself there are alot of animals that I would enjoy hunting and maybe even killing but there are two that stand out the most a Nubian ibex or a Marco Polo sheep. What would you hunt?
Stone Sheep, harvested a Dall Sheep in 2017, once you've hunted sheep and it gets in your blood you will want to do it every year.

Dream hunts; Cape buffalo, red stag with large crown, nilgai. A 200" White Tail. The only issues in the way are monies and age. But you said "Dream Hunts". When I'm cleaning on my rifles I can look through my scopes and dream. Life's good, appreciate every day we are blessed with.
