Ultimately, the results speak for themselves.
But, three possibilities in addition to the DA as mentioned by others are (a) your scope height above the bore may be different from what was used in the chart, (b) MV is higher than you think, or (c) your scope adjustments aren't exactly calibrated in precise measurements throughout the full range.
As for MV, you could try other more expensive chronies under controlled conditions as well as microphones, etc...
You can also check the scope from a bench at a precise 100 yds. Set up your target and rifle perfectly levelled with a large enough paper to have at least 25+ MOA of adjustment. One test would be to shoot and raise your elevation, then shoot and repeat. Or, you can try to lock the rifle down so that it can't move and then just work the turrets. Either way, you want to varify that your scope is (1) level such that your POI doesn't shift left/right as you come up and also (2) verify that the clicks are precise throughout the full adjustment range. And, (3) it wouldn't hurt to check your windage as well.
In any case, good shooting and glad it worked out!!
