I don't. I pay and pick up promptly. Who should receive it? Skinner, cutter, deboner, grinder, wrapper/vacuum sealer or the smoker?
During the rifle season he has quite a few employees and I can't afford to tip all of them.
I don't tip. I'm certain that some of the processors I've used in the past "helped themselves" to a portion of my meat so I never felt the need to tip.
My current processor does a good job, charges a hefty price and I seem to get all my meat back. At the price point I pay I see no need for a tip.
First of all finding a good processor is tough. Second at the prices they charge it appears to me they already added a healthy tip. Usually do our own. But occasionally depending on location, and other circumstances will use a processor.
