Dilemma with 264WM scope options!

From what I have read the 6500 range are very underrated and it may well be the way to go. When I looked on the Bushnell site they no longer list any of the scopes you mentioned. I think they have changed to the Elite Tactical and the Engage.

I know what you mean regarding looking through a scope in person.

There seems to be a lot of confusion as far as exporting scopes from the US due to their export laws. I have bought scopes off Optics Planet, Camera Land NY and The Rifle Scope Store. The last two give very good service and don't charge a huge amount for freight like some others do.

In the past I have ordered Sitka clothing and a couple of bits for my LabRadar off Len and Andy at the LRH Store, they looked after me very well.

It annoys me when I see other members suggesting buying items from other sources on a forum set up by Len and Andy for us to use for free when those very items are listed in the LRH Store. To me that barks like a dog!

Yeah, I have to agree with your last statement.

I have ordered the scope, I have gone with the 6500 2.5-16x42 DOA 600 reticle model.

Just have to wait for the rifle to show up........ in 10 months or so..... LOL!!

If the 3500 that is on one of my wife's 22LR rifles is anything to go by your 6500 will be a great scope.

Please let us know how it all comes together once your rifle arrives.

It is two years since I ordered a Schultz and Larsen Legacy with a grade 2 stock and I am still waiting.

Wow....... a 2 year wait for a rifle is normally what time frame a custom takes.

I would look at a vortex razor hd lh in 2-10x40, or 3-15x42. Leupold vx5hd 2-10x42, 3-15x44. Or the zeiss v4 3-12x56. All have what you need in a hunting scope, and more. i have and like my vx5hd 3-15x44.
