I think it's a better action at the same price. It does not have the ability to switch heads or order prefits but it's a nicer action. I've studied both side by side. My humble opinion.

there might not be on shelf barrel nut prefits but lots of smiths will make prefits for Kelbly's as they headspace all the same from action to action, the bolt head you can't get but because of there tolerances and head spacing you can buy replacement bolts with different bolt faces to do switch barrel.

I would DEFINITELY look at the Kelbly Atlas Tac. I have one, and shot 5 or 6 others. The absolute smoothest actions I have shot. And I have shot just about everything else out there.
