Custom actions that can run BDL? and fastest of those

I have two different custom actions that are using BDL and they are both very smooth. The Kelbly lineup, I am using Atlas Tactical right now, but will move to the Nanook and Terminus Kratos Lite, it is very smooth, you cannot go wrong with either lineup. I am sure the other custom actions are going to be the same, so just take a pick and go with it.
This. I have a couple Kelblys that run BDLs. Smooth.
Atlas Tac SA in 6.5SS
Nanook LA in 300PRC

90% of smooth and fast action manipulation is on the shooter. Not side loading the bolt with you hand movement is paramount. Dlc/nitride coatings help slick things up a bit. 75° bolt lift angle reduces movement and give more clearance to run the bolt to your scope occular housing. I bet a 75° nanook would be a good choice. The falkor actions I've handled are extremely smooth. Do not get an action that's stainless or titanium raw finish, these tend to want to bind.

Thanks Highdrum. I had read and heard that titanium is horrible to bind so was staying away from that and now it makes sense why some of these have SS actions and chrome moly bolts.

I very much agree that its the shooters bolt manipulation that truly makes you smooth and fast. I work hard on my skills to be as good as I can be and also to smooth up every rifle I have.

I mention the Tikka because its very hard to bind the action, the things are designed to be bind free, on the other hand a couple factory US style rifles I have bind if you even look at em wrong.
One of these literally cost me a big buck one time. I had a first shot deflected on a twig I couldnt see and the buck was startled and moved back in front of me and in the clear and when running the bolt hard it bound up on me and i didnt get it loaded before he spooked a second later. Very annoying. Ive since put in hours n hours running that thing until I cant make it bind, mind numbing repetitions lol

Ive read that the European designs like Tikka, Sauer, Blaser etc are so smooth and anti binding and fast because theyre designed for the hunting styles, driven hunts, moose in tight timber etc. I just like that!
Ive also read that some of the custom actions are not much better in the anti bind dept than factory rifle designs.

I just want to be impressed with the action in that way, get my moneys worth ya know? Thats why I ask you folks that are doin it already. I appreciate all the info.
