It's a GREAT deal for this Cooper. We sold a Model 22 Phoenix New earlier this year for WAY less and sorry that we sold it. We needed the money for the shop and (8) other builds and let it go. It shot in the same hole from Cooper Tests. I still regret selling it.
These are GREAT Rifles and Great workmanship! It's a CUSTOM Build from a Manufacture. if someone wants a great rifle that will give a lifetime of hunting memories - buy this rifle!
