We have one million first time gun owners and a lot of them are women. We have most gun owners we have ever had. I don't lack of interest is the problem. The DNC have said they will take our gun rights away if they get power that is what we should be focused on.

You are correct and most of that is due to self defense purposes....during these times. On the other hand in terms of the sport and hunting it is declining. Just look at the number of hunting license sales in most states and you will see the trend.

Yes, hunting is a whole different dynamic. Too long to detail all of that decline here.

You're good Rick. It's a consideration.
I think all in our community have considered where it's going. Do I conserve for hunting only, sparing the 200 rounds shooting for trigger time? The kids may not want to hunt, or will be cut out all together.
I worry LEOS will be forced to stand down, throwing chaos into the laps of civilians. I conserve for the time being. Not sure what else I can do.

I don't belive this is the time to slow down. This is the time you should be done with load development. And getting out and verifying you load data setting up your dope books. Get your traing in place work on your go to rifle.

In the last year the liberals that have never owned a firearm have armed themselves. If they start shooting and discover how much fun it is they could change a few attitudes. Just trying to see a sunny side of all this crap.
