Did you contact Admin? It might also be down at that time? Try again. If it does not work, Admin is the only one that can help you.

How do I contact admin? I could figure out how to start a DM
Via "Contact us" option.
Unfortunately, bad actors have been trying to rip us off.
I'd start by paying for a membership so no one thinks you're just here for the free classifies. It's worth the very minimal, yearly fee.

Weird. I don't have a "start conversation" button. Hmm
If I click on @FEENIX name I get the "Start Conversation" option. If I click on @cowyfremas I do not get that option. It does show you have 19 posts though, so you will probably get more priveleges soon. Try posting a reply to this message, putting you @ 20 and maybe that will trigger something?
Only the Admins can help you with your issue.
